Durian scans a web page you choose and shows how to improve its design. Here is exactly what it touches, and what it never does.
What we collect
Page content you scan. When you click Scan, the current page's HTML is sent to our server (api.durianai.xyz) to analyze it and produce your report. It is used only to generate that result.
Account email. If you sign in with Google to buy or re-open a report, we receive your email to identify your account and process payment.
Product analytics. We record basic in-extension events, such as a scan starting, to understand usage.
What we never do
We do not sell your data.
We do not use it for advertising.
We do not track your browsing. We read a page only when you actively scan it.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Data retention
Reports tied to your account are kept so you can re-open them. To delete your data, email hello@durianai.xyz and we will remove it.
